Cancellation policy

At Sheccid Beauty Collections, we are dedicated to creating clean, high-performance skincare that merges ancestral wisdom with modern science. Every formula is thoughtfully crafted to respect your skin, your wellbeing, and the planet.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund on any unused or gently used full-size product purchased directly through sheccidbeauty.com, within 30 days from the original purchase date.

 

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused.
  • Only items purchased from our official website are eligible for return.
  • Sets, Collections, and Bundles must be returned in full to qualify.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
  • There is no restocking fee.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days once the return is received and inspected.

 

Return Window

Returns must arrive at our facility within 30 days of the date the return label was emailed.

Items received after this period may not be eligible for a full refund, and additional labels cannot be reissued.

 

Refund Amount

Approved refunds will include the paid price of the product plus applicable taxes.

Shipping fees from your initial order are not refundable.

 

Gift Cards

Orders paid in full or in part with a gift card will have the gift card portion excluded from the refund.

All purchases made entirely with gift cards are final sale.

 

Rewards Program

If you earned loyalty or rewards points from the returned purchase, these points will be automatically deducted from your balance and will not be reinstated.

 

Policy Integrity

To ensure fairness, we monitor return and refund activity.

We reserve the right to limit, deny, or charge a processing fee for returns if unusual or abusive patterns are detected.

Any such determination is made at our sole discretion and cannot be appealed.

 

Unauthorized Returns

Items sent without authorization or that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be responsibly discarded or recycled and will not be refunded.

 

Third-Party and Forwarding Services

Sheccid Beauty Collections is not responsible for loss, damage, or discrepancies once an order has been delivered to a freight forwarder or third-party shipping company.

If an issue arises after delivery to such a company, please contact them directly.

 

International Orders

At this time, international returns are not accepted.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

How to Return Your Product

1. Submit Your Request

Have your order number and the email address used for your purchase ready.

Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with your return details and prepaid shipping label.

Only returns submitted through our official portal are eligible.

We are not responsible for lost returns sent using non-authorized labels or carriers.


2. Prepare and Send Your Return

Pack your items carefully in a secure box or padded mailer.

Attach the prepaid return label and drop it off at any UPS location or UPS Drop Box.

Your package must reach our facility within 30 days of the label being issued.

3. Processing & Refund

Once your return arrives, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been finalized.

 

Event Refunds & Cancellations

Our experiences are created events are created to immerse you in mindful beauty and holistic wellbeing experiences.

Late arrivals may be admitted quietly when possible; however, the experience will end at the originally scheduled time and will not be extended. To maintain a calm and respectful environment for all participants, portions of the experience may not be repeated for late arrivals.

Final Sale Notice

All experiential bookings are considered final sale except as expressly outlined in this Event Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Eligibility

  • Tickets may be refunded up to 5 days before the event.
  • After that period, tickets become non-refundable.
  • Tickets can be transferred to another guest up to 48 hours before the event.
  • If Sheccid Beauty Collections cancels or reschedules an event, guests may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their ticket to a new date.
  • No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Event refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once approved.
