No specific outcome, improvement, transformation, or result is guaranteed.

SECTION 5 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

When booking or participating in a consultation or other Service, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

Where reasonably relevant to the Service being provided, you are responsible for informing Sheccid Beauty Collections of known allergies, sensitivities, adverse reactions, relevant skin conditions, injuries, pregnancy or nursing status, medications, or other circumstances that may reasonably affect your participation or the suitability of a recommendation.

The Services are hosted and supported in part through Shopify.

However, purchases and transactions made through our online store are transactions between you and Sheccid Beauty Collections LLC.

Shopify provides technology and infrastructure that enable us to operate the Services but is not the seller of our products or provider of our Services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for the products, consultations, events, experiences, or other Services offered directly by Sheccid Beauty Collections.

We may not use a client’s name, likeness, photograph, testimonial, or other identifying information for promotional purposes where separate consent is required without obtaining such consent.

SECTION 16 – CLIENT PHOTOGRAPHS, MEDIA, AND IMAGE REVIEW

Clients may voluntarily provide photographs, videos, or other visual materials for consultation or Service-related purposes.

Any photographs or images submitted by a client are reviewed solely for the purpose for which they were provided and do not constitute medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or dermatological diagnosis.

Image quality, lighting, filters, editing, device settings, and other factors may affect observations.

Clients retain ownership of photographs and other materials they submit.

Sheccid Beauty Collections will not use client photographs, testimonials, videos, names, likenesses, before-and-after images, or other identifying materials for advertising, promotional, marketing, educational, social media, or other commercial purposes without separate express consent when such consent is required.

Any marketing or promotional consent may be revoked prospectively by written request, except to the extent materials have already been lawfully published or distributed or retention is otherwise permitted or required by law.

SECTION 17 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, transit times, or other information.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHECCID BEAUTY COLLECTIONS LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, AND BUSINESS PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PURCHASE OR USE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SHECCID BEAUTY COLLECTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM EVENTS OR CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY, RIGHTS, OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY ARISING FROM CONDUCT FOR WHICH SUCH LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

FOR SERVICES INVOLVING PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION, TOUCH, MOVEMENT, OR OTHER IN-PERSON ACTIVITIES, ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS OR CONSENTS PROVIDED FOR THAT SPECIFIC SERVICE WILL APPLY.

SECTION 22 – INDEMNIFICATION

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sheccid Beauty Collections LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and licensors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:

(1) your material breach of these Terms;

(2) your violation of applicable law or the rights of another person; or

(3) your misuse of the Services.

We will provide notice of an indemnifiable claim when reasonably practicable.

Sheccid Beauty Collections may offer educational, holistic beauty, lifestyle, and wellness experiences designed to support self-care, relaxation, personal wellbeing, and experiential learning.

These experiences are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or healthcare treatment.

Photography and Media

Sheccid Beauty Collections will not knowingly use an identifiable participant’s name, likeness, testimonial, before-and-after image, or other identifying material for advertising or promotional purposes without separate express consent where such consent is required.

Participants who do not wish to be photographed or recorded should notify the Sheccid Beauty Collections team before or during the event, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the request.
