Clients may voluntarily provide photographs, videos, or other visual materials for consultation purposes.

Any photographs or images submitted are reviewed solely to support personalized beauty and wellness recommendations and do not constitute medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or dermatological assessment.

While reasonable efforts are made to evaluate visible cosmetic concerns, image quality, lighting conditions, filters, editing, device settings, and other factors may affect observations and recommendations.

Clients retain ownership of photographs submitted for consultation purposes.

Sheccid Beauty Collections will not use client photographs, testimonials, videos, names, likenesses, before-and-after images, or other identifying materials for advertising, promotional, marketing, educational, social media, or commercial purposes without separate express consent from the client.

Any consent granted for marketing or promotional use may be revoked by the client at any time by written request, except where materials have already been lawfully published or distributed.

SECTION 17 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on or in the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. By purchasing or participating in any Sheccid Beauty Collections event, workshop, or wellness experience (in-person or virtual), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation
   You voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for any risk, injury, or damage that may occur as a result of your participation.

 

1. Health & Safety
   Our workshops may involve light physical movement, product testing, or the use of skincare ingredients. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, please inform our team in advance. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.

 

1. Release of Liability
   You hereby release and discharge Sheccid Beauty Collections LLC, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in such events or workshops.

 

1. Photography & Media Consent
   By attending an event, workshop, or wellness experience hosted by Sheccid Beauty Collections, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and other media capture may occur during the event. Sheccid Beauty Collections may use general event photographs, recordings, and media content for promotional, educational, marketing, social media, and business purposes. This Photography & Media provision applies solely to photographs, videos, and recordings captured during public or group events, workshops, and wellness experiences hosted by Sheccid Beauty Collections. It does not apply to photographs, videos, consultation materials, before-and-after images, testimonials, or other identifying information voluntarily submitted by clients for consultation purposes, which remain subject to the Client Photographs, Media, and Image Review section of these Terms. Participants who do not wish to appear in identifiable photographs, videos, or recordings should notify our team before or during the event, and reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests.
